On its 120th anniversary, the new Pistachio Cream Snack, a live cooking show, and a completely redesigned booth celebrate the Group’s 120th anniversary. Master pastry chef Christian Hümbs is our Special guest.

2025 marks a special milestone for Vicenzi. On its 120th anniversary, the Group renews its participation in Anuga, the most important international trade fair for the food and beverage sector, to be held in Cologne from October 4 to 8 at the Koelnmesse exhibition center. A presence that has continued for twenty years, without missing a single edition since 2005. This year takes on a special meaning: a celebration of the company’s heritage while looking ahead to the future.

Located in Hall 2.2 B048, Vicenzi’s booth sports a completely new look, the result of a redesign created specifically to mark the 120th anniversary.

“We are proud to renew our participation in Anuga 2025, the most important global trade fair for the food & beverage sector,” says Simona Marolla, International Marketing Manager at Vicenzi Group. “This edition acquires further meaning as it coincides with our 120th anniversary. For the occasion, we are launching one of the year’s most exciting innovations: the Millefoglie Snack with Pistachio Cream. Made of 192 layers of delicate, crispy puff pastry, this product combines the excellence of fine Italian pastry with modern-day consumer needs. Anuga is now a key appointment in our international calendar, reaffirming Vicenzi Group’s commitment to strengthening its global market presence through innovative products that reflect evolving tastes and trends.”

Among the 2025 new product highlights, Germany will also see the debut of the Vicenzovo Strawberry, a pink twist on the classic ladyfinger, enhanced with strawberry flavour for a bold and creative all-pink version.

Both products will be submitted for the Anuga Taste Innovation Show, the section dedicated to the most innovative food products. Once more Vicenzi confirms its ability to reinvent tradition with originality and flair.

Every day at the booth, visitors can enjoy live cooking shows hosted by the German team of professional pastry chefs “Pure Pastry”. During two daily events, visitors can explore new flavour combinations and experience Vicenzi’s pastry excellence up close.

All recipes are curated by Christian Hümbs, award-winning pastry chef and Vicenzi’s Brand Ambassador for Germany.

The 120th anniversary celebration continues beyond the exhibition halls. To make this milestone even more memorable, Vicenzi is organizing a private, exclusive event for its top clients and distributors at Skykoeln, on the 27th floor with a stunning 360-degree view of Cologne. Guests will enjoy a festive atmosphere with team-building activities, a gourmet menu inspired by the brand’s signature products, and a grand finale once again entrusted to Christian Hümbs and the Pure Pastry team: a delicious dessert occasion that blends passion, tradition, and future vision.
