Vicenzi’s excellent quality puff pastry praised by a special admirer during an evening in the spotlight for the final of the "Pastry Shop of the Year 2024–2025" competition
Iginio Massari, master of master pastry chefs, and his daughter Debora were judges of the final round and evaluated talent, technique, and originality of the creations made by the contestants. Massari’s comment was:
“Very few pastry chefs can make puff pastry this good — they should all go to Vicenzi’s school.” Words that are a special tribute to the excellence of Vicenzi’s flagship pastry product. The Vicenzi Group is Platinum Partner of the contest organized by Athesis in which competed the region’s top pastry chefs from Verona, Vicenza, Brescia, and Mantua.
