INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679
Vicenzi S.p.A. (hereinafter also the “Company” or the “Owner”) informs you, pursuant to the articles. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”), regarding the methods with which it will process the personal data communicated by you with the sending of your request and/or report sent through this form contact.
Data Controller

Purpose, legal basis of personal data processing
The personal data transmitted by you through your request will be used for the following purposes: i) to allow the management of the request and/or report sent through this form; ii) send you, subject to your express consent, newsletters and promotional communications on Vicenzi products.
The legal basis is represented for the purpose referred to in the letter. i) from the execution of a contract or other pre-contractual measures of which the interested party is a party (art. 6 letter b) GDPR) and for the purposes referred to in the letter. ii) by the consent of the interested party (art. 6 letter a) GDPR). If you do not provide consent to the sending of newsletters, we will not be able to update you on our new products. We remind you that you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Nature of the provision of personal data
The provision of data is mandatory for the purposes referred to in the letter. i), and in his absence he will not be able to send the request and is optional for the purposes referred to in the letter. ii).
Type of personal data processed
All personal data communicated by you via email to the Company are collected and processed, including name, surname, address of residence and/or domicile, as well as contact details such as telephone number and e-mail and any other information transmitted. The data marked with the asterisk* symbol is mandatory, in their absence it will not be possible to process your request; the other information is optional.
Method of processing personal data
Personal data will be processed correctly, lawfully and transparently and in any case in compliance with the principles established by art. 5 GDPR, using paper, IT and/or telematic methods, by personnel authorized by the Data Controller for the purposes indicated in this information.
The Data Controller has adopted adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data processed.
Categories of recipients of personal data
The personal data sent by you may become known to the internal staff of the Data Controller involved in carrying out the requested services, as authorized to process them, as well as the personnel in charge of the Call Center entrusted with the service, who operates on behalf of the Company as Data Processors (art. 28 GDPR). The data may be processed by any third parties involved in carrying out the same activities as Data Processors or as Data Controllers.
Duration of processing of personal data
The data will be kept for as long as necessary to allow the execution of the purposes for which they were transmitted and, in any case, until the interested party requests cancellation, without prejudice to different contractual or regulatory obligations. The data communicated for subscription to the newsletter are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction.
Transfer of data to third countries
The data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU and, if they are transferred, the conditions and guarantees provided for by the articles will be respected. 44 and following of the GDPR.
Rights of interested parties
We remind you that you have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to your personal data, for rectification or cancellation of the same, or for the limitation of the processing that concerns you and to oppose such processing, in addition to the right to portability of the data; you can exercise these rights using the contact details above.
The consent expressed may be revoked at any time by contacting the Data Controller if the processing is based solely on the consent of the interested party.
Right to complain
If you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as provided for by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
