INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF CANDIDATES’ PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION 679/2016
Vicenzi S.p.A. (hereinafter also the “Company” or the “Owner”) informs you, pursuant to the articles. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”), regarding the methods with which it will process the personal data communicated by you when sending your application thourgh this form.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Your personal data transmitted by sending your CV will be processed for the following purposes: i) to evaluate your application and, in general, for the management of personnel selection procedures; ii) contact you to schedule interviews that may be necessary, using the contact details provided.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated above is the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party, or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (art. 6 letter b) GDPR).
Nature of the provision of personal data
The provision of data is mandatory, and, in its absence, the Data Controller will not be able to evaluate the candidate’s profile or schedule an interview.
Type of personal data processed
All personal data transmitted via the CV will be processed, such as personal data, contact details or information on the training and academic path, as well as the image of the candidate’s face possibly published in the CV. The data marked with the asterisk* symbol is mandatory, in their absence it will not be possible to process your request; the other information is optional.
Method of processing personal data
Personal data will be processed correctly, lawfully and transparently and in any case in compliance with the principles established by art. 5 GDPR, using paper, IT and/or telematic methods, by personnel authorized by the Data Controller for the purposes indicated in this information.
The Data Controller has adopted adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data processed.
Duration of processing of personal data
If the employment application is accepted, the personal data concerning you will be archived and processed by Vicenzi S.p.A. based on the privacy information prepared for employees.
The data will be kept for a period of 6 months from their provision and may be used for contacts and any future interviews. At the end of this period, the data will be permanently deleted.
Categories of recipients of personal data
Your data may be processed by subjects who carry out, on behalf of Vicenzi S.p.A., personnel selection and who typically act as Data Processors or by internal personnel as authorized to process personal data and who are committed to confidentiality or have an appropriate legal duty of confidentiality.
Transfer of data to third countries
The data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.
Rights of interested parties
We remind you that you have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to your personal data, for rectification or cancellation of the same, or for the limitation of the processing that concerns you and to oppose such processing, in addition to the right to portability. of the data. The consent expressed may be revoked at any time by contacting the Data Controller at the e-mail address indicated if the processing is based solely on the consent of the interested party. Right to complain
If you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as provided for by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
