Vicenzi has had two souls for a very long time: one tied to the Italian confectionery tradition and one turned to the future. To conjugate this two souls the company’s fundamental rules are: experience to prepare fine pastries, quality of primary ingredients, passion and love to handmade Italian confectionary and development of new products or technologies
