The wide assortment of products is the result of the specialisation process in various productions (8 different technologies) and continual investments and has led the company to becoming a leader on the Italian market. The Vicenzi Group plants are totally 5, located on Italian territory:

SAN GIOVANNI LUPATOTO – VR

First factory at the gates of Verona.
In a 45,000 m² area, 18,000 covered; a 68,000 m³ warehouse of which 35,000 computerised and robotised and one of the most advanced business computer systems. The production system, one of the best qualified in Italy, is equipped with 7 automated lines able to produce 80 tons of finished product per day including:

• Vicenzovo
• Amaretto D’Italia
• Millefoglie D’Italia
• Minivoglie pastries
• Minisnack

FIORENZUOLA D'ARDA – PC

Traditional factory in Fiorenzuola D'Arda, in the province of Piacenza, located in a 5,000 m² area of which 2,800 covered. The production system is equipped with 1 automated line able to produce up to 8 tons of finished product per day including:

• Vicenzi Rustic Line doughnuts
• Minisnack Tortelli
• Oro di Matilde line pastries

BOVOLONE – VR

Factory built in 1985 30 Km from Verona on a 16,000 m² area of which 10,200 covered. A production system specialised in Italian pastry classics: cream filled shortbreads, cantuccini, filled and covered wafers. Equipped with 5 lines able to produce 55 tons of finished product per day including:

• Grisbì pastries
• Wafer Mr. Day
• Cantuccini Vicenzi
• Courtesy products
• Vicenzi Pan Biscuit

NUSCO – AV

Built in 1987 in the Nusco-Lioni-S.Angelo dei Lombardi industrial area, near Avellino, on about 12,000 m² of which 5,300 covered. The production system is equipped with 2 production lines, one for pastry products and one for bakery products, it is able to produce 45 tons of finished product per day including:

• Mr. Day Plumcake
• Prontoforno Italian Pizza bases
• Focacce
• Mr. Day Muffin
• Mr. Day Tortina Paradiso
